Our Therapy
This is a Torah-centered approach to healing, grounded in the natural processes of the body and informed by Torah and science.
Torah Energy healing is a natural practice rooted in both Torah and science that pinpoints your past energy patterns and activates your innate healing system. In turn, you are more open to new modes of awareness and new physical, mental, and emotional patterns.
As we identify the roots and catalysts of our behavior and environment and take action to embrace our inner G-dly truth as a chelek elokai mimal, we create a road-map that opens us to our true path in life. We gain courage and intuitive tools, both consciously and unconsciously, to grow, heal, and love ourselves as we are restored to the way Hashem designed us to be.
What do we mean by “energy”?
The word energy can sometimes sound mysterious or spiritual. Here, we use it in a much more grounded sense: energy is a natural force within creation. In the Torah worldview, nature itself is not separate from Hashem. All of creation exists through the life and power that Hashem continually gives it.
Energy is a power called koach heeuly — כח היולי — a primordial and vital life force Hashem infuses into creation to aid our body to return to its optimal healing state. Our bodies naturally gravitate towards healing itself.
Through Torah Energy therapy, we seek out what is disturbing this force from healing the body, mind, and soul and attempt to remove it. We do not view energy as an independent spiritual power. Energy has no power of its own apart from Hashem. It is part of the natural order He created. Our approach therefore seeks to engage with the body and its natural processes while remaining firmly rooted in emunah and Torah.
In doing energy sessions, we address the energy body, which is a blueprint of the chemical body. As such, it portrays a clear picture of it and its circumstance. In Jewish terms, it can be referred to as hila and tzelem, and in scientific terms, subtle field or body and information field, among other names.
The energy body is a subtle physical entity created by Hashem, serving as a link between body and soul.
Our physical experience is influenced by much more than the physical body alone. Thoughts, emotions, stress, relationships, experiences, and deeply learned patterns can all affect the way we function and respond. Torah Energy works with what we describe as an energy or information field, a subtle aspect of the individual that we use as a framework for understanding patterns within the person and their relationship to their physical, emotional, and mental experience.
We may mistakenly attribute energy work to be of the spiritual realm, when in fact it is part of the physical realm. Energy work is a result of natural phenomenon and its effectiveness has been verified through experiential evidence and studies.
At our root, all people are unified and are only distinct in body. This root is not entirely physical and therefore energy work can be practiced in one place and instantly affect someone located at the other end of the world. This root has no boundaries. This is the basic understanding of how distant energy therapy can work.
Working at the source
The challenges we experience in this world have layers. A physical or emotional symptom may be the most visible part of a much larger pattern.
Our work seeks to explore the experiences, emotional responses, beliefs, stress patterns, and other factors that may be contributing to that pattern. This can include unresolved emotional experiences or trauma, longstanding behavioral patterns, and, where appropriate, patterns that may have been passed through a family system.
Through energy work, the emotional blockages and/or trauma behind the issues and possible family tree connections and other roots are uncovered. This means we work at the source and not the symptoms.
We look to shift and improve the current issue, challenge, or pain and to support the person's own capacity for change and healing.
We don’t necessarily always witness the healing right away. Often, we may initially only notice a “slight” improvement. However, this can testify to movement of energy and that progress is happening under the surface. Eventually, in time, healing continues and can be more readily felt, even long after the energy session series has been completed.
We therefore do not measure progress only by what happens immediately after a session. We look at the larger process, and progress unfolds.
Torah and the science of healing
Our approach is informed by the understanding that the human being is an interconnected whole. Modern science increasingly recognizes the complex relationships among the nervous system, emotions, stress, behavior, and physical health. Torah, in its own language, has long presented the human being as more than a collection of isolated physical parts, a complex body animated by a soul and endowed with consciousness, purpose, and free will.
Torah Energy brings these perspectives into conversation without requiring a person to abandon either their intellect or their emunah.
We do not ask you to believe in something simply because it sounds spiritual. We invite you to approach the work with curiosity, discernment, and an openness to your own experience.
What can this process support?
Torah Energy has helped many individuals align their emotions and circumstance, shift from physical ailments, reconnect with their purpose and ideal form, and discover new ways to cope and strengthen themselves by tapping into emuna and with newfound inner energy consciousness.
This is a process that takes you to a deep level of alleviating your blockages and is driven by the universal truths that remedy the issue at hand. It can aid in areas of marital peace, physical ailments, releasing emotional trauma without the need for conscious confrontation, increasing inner peace, expanding spiritual growth and fulfillment, reducing anxiety and fears, rehabilitating emotional, physical, and spiritual illnesses, and strengthening self-love and true wellness, among many other areas.
Ultimately, healing is not only about feeling better. It is about becoming more fully able to live.
The aim is not to become someone else. It is to become more deeply connected to the person Hashem created you to be.
Every person's journey is different, and healing unfolds in its own time.
Welcome! Enjoy your journey towards personal growth & development.
